The 1st Annual Quick Stop Games / Magic Inferno Make-A-Wish Charity Booster Draft Day was a HUGE success! We planned on doing 12 Drafts between 12:30pm and midnight, and we reached that goal by 3:00 pm! We raised almost $2400.00 for Make-A-Wish, and gave out 96 gift bags to all the participants loaded with swag provided by Ultra Pro, Premiere Hobby Distribution, Outback Steakhouse, Acme Comics, and us of course!
Ultra Pro stepped up big for us, 2nd Day Airing enough Deck Boxes, Deck Protectors, Bags, and Lanyards for 96 people! Thanks so much Ultra Pro you guys are awesome!!
PHD Gladly donated the Playmats, Dual Life counters, and they set us up with the right people at Ultra Pro. Behind every good store there is a great distributor, so thanks to all at PHD!
Outback Steakhouse not only brought over some food for us, but they gave every person that came a free appetizer coupon! Walter the proprietor of the Outback in Altamonte was with us on this from day one, so next time you guys go out for some food stop by any Outback Steakhouse and show them some love!
Acme Comics donated some hot new comic books for everyone to check out while they waited in between drafts, and they helped promote the event. If you are ever in the Orlando area make it a point to stop by Acme Comics in Longwood, their store is insane!
Domino's Pizza chipped in a mountain of bread sticks for us when we ordered our first wave of pizzas, so we need to thank them as well!
Angel Tagudin of tagudinphoto.com took all these cool photos and is not only a brilliant photographer/artist but a great friend! Thanks broseph!
And most importantly we want to thank each and every person that showed up for this event. You guys rock so hard! We hoped we would reach our goal of $1920.00 and you guys/gals stepped up and blasted that number right out of the park! We were completely blown away with the fact that in three hours we had reached our goal, so thanks again for making our wish of having a successful charity event come true! There was even a group of people that came from over three hours away!
Roger and I have always known we had a great group of players at our store, and now we have proof to show the rest of the world. We can't wait to do this again next year.

There are also matching deck boxes for these two sleeves (here), and one new 9 pocket portfolio available on the Playmats and Portfolios page.

Chessex 12mm D6 sets are now available for order on the Supplies & Dice page. So far we have Opaque and Speckled done. By the time we have all the rest of the varieties up and the 16mm's, we will have the largest selection of dice anywhere on the internet, so keep checking back for the Frosted, Gemini, and Borealis!
